The receptionist is ALWAYS polite! Corey most certainly cares about his customers. They stayed in contact while they had my wife's Tesla, giving us updates throughout the process of changing the windshield. And they did a phenomenal job! They've also repaired chips in our windshields before!We've also had Laplace glass fix broken glass on windows and doors before. I wouldn't care if they charged double (they don't), I'd still bring any vehicle I have to laplace glass. I've had this company get me out of more jams than I can count. The owner even opened up on a holiday for me once! Loyalty is earned. And they've earned mine.
