i just went in there, i work for the cvs company under HR, and i had on my pajamas after studying and ran to cvs to get floss. i was followed around the store and when i was making my final purchases at the self check out i was even then still being watched and followed. i felt very uncomfortable with the staff. not very friendly, i will be making a call to 1-800-SHOP-CVS. had i been in more formal presenting attire i most likely will not have the experience i had today. this behavior does not show heart and accountability will be taken.

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy staff I have ever encountered! Told me my prescriptions weren't ready without even asking my name or checking the system. I was told it would be over 3 hours so I sat down to wait, too sick to come back later.It was actually filled within 20 minutes. Even though the automated phone system told me it was unable to be filled. I had to ask the pharmacist not to yell my personal information across the pharmacy and the entirety of the CVS store. I did not understand or know what medications had been prescribed to me. Upon asking questions about my meds, I was told I was being rude and a staff member refused to help me. I was very sick, in tears and clearly confused about what was happening with my medicine. This pharmacy doesn't allow you to ask questions about your medications. If you do, you are told you're rude.I had to go back to my urgent care office and speak to a nurse practitioner to get a full explanation in a way that I could understand. Instead of just repeating the pharmacy staff same phrase over and over at me like I knew what it meant. It's extraordinarily distressing when you're already sickJust go to the Destrahand CVS pharmacy 10mins up the road or don't use CVS at all. I'll never spend a penny at this location ever again.

I get a text message every month saying my medicine is ready and every month I come in and it's not ready. This morning. I get greeted with a hostel employee. That has some kind of attitude. Can't tell me when the medicine will be ready. I'm tired of dealing with CBS. It's time for me to move my medicine to somewhere else.

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy they hang up calls and attitudes are horrible when answering the phone if you do not want to do a job please stay home because playing with someone’s health is not good at all

Drive thru is the worst. It's like they let the customer sit at the window and fill their prescriptions. Common curiosity ask them to pull around or come back. I was in line since 5:30 finally made it to the window to be told the Pharmacy closes at 6:00. If we are in line before time we should have been served. WORST EVER!!

I would like to compliment the CVS Pharmacy, Laplace, LA 70068 Manager, Andrea. She personally attended to my purchasing problems. She was very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and the ultimate professional. To me, such display of customer care reflects on how the business is being run. CVS is quite fortunate to have an employee like her. She is an asset, that must be kept, maintained, and developed. She could be a fantastic training officer.

Deleting or discontinuing medications because they think it is a duplicate, rather reading or contacting providers to ensure the Rx are correct. Difficulty getting refills or calling md getting no response and leaving you in limbo. Becoming a monopoly, but unable to keep up with processing. Lack of staff!!!!!!
