I believe her name was crystal on the phone…I asked were they available to cash checks since done banks aren’t fully open to do so…they thought they hung up the phone after answering my question and were talking down on me! Very rude!

I have been a Chase member for about a week now and let me tell you guys, QORST WEEK EVER!!!!! I haven't had access to my money since the day I made a deposit into the account. I've had to visit the bank twice in a day and again on tomorrow because of them not knowing how to do their jobs. Even had direct assistance from a branch assistant manager at one location. Chase you have to raise your hiring standards because this is completely ridiculous and frustrating.
