I bought a trimmer for my bushes and they gave it to me at a discount. So they said I couldn’t turn it so I asked them did they test it before they bought it. They said yes I know how they didn’t test it bc it doesn’t work. I took it to the shop also bought something few months back they told me it was a recorded come to find out it was for drums. ? that’s almost $100 I’ve sent on junk from this place. Never again will I spend a dime with them. Check out whatever u try to buy from them bc they won’t give ur money back. They just paying mf to clean the store. This is not a good way to get customers to come back.

Horrible service! I called to see if they had a specific item for sale. A lady answered and was extremely rude and didn't answer my question. I went to their location and wasn't there for 5 minutes before I had to leave. Rude, unfriendly, not helpful. All around bad experience and BAD Vibes. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I just recently sold a few items at Cash America Pawn. I was assisted as soon as I walked through the entrance. I was helped by two young ladies, the first was Rebecca, very professional and curtious at all times. In fact when she found out I am a military veteran she thank be for my service multiple times. The second young lady also professional, curtious and I was impressed by her attention to detail. Too answer the basic question, would I do business with them again: yes anytime. Semper Fi

I witnessed the manager of this store make an extremely racist comment to another customer (about the customer's accent). The other customer, from what I could tell, did nothing to provoke the racist remark and he even kept his composure during the whole interaction. I'm not sure if anything will be done as a result of the manager's behavior, but I just think others should know the kind of people who are running this place. Judging by the other reviews, even some from many years back, nothing has changed.

My husband and I came to this place it was nothing but disrespect . We went to bring in a laptop okay so the assistant manager ask for the disk to play so we did that , once I found out once you put the disk in you go to the settings for videos . So she refuse to take the laptop because when u put a disk straight in the movie didn’t pop up . Which I didn’t understand why when it works great and it wasn’t being sold to them . Her attitude was a disappointment her attitude will cause this business. The manager didn’t do much of anything either, his just like she’s the assistant! So his point of that was? Her attitude was a mess! Hoping we would never have to come here again !!!!

Font fall for their “Oh I put it as a loan†they are putting it as a loan so they can get more money in pocket when they sell it. If you are selling them something that you do not want to get back make sure they don't put it as a loan. Little do they know I am getting my item back. Just need the money right then.
