I haven t received a quote yet or had the work done but they did respond quickly. I hoped I had described the work very well assuming there were no problems but I guess they cannot quote without much more interaction. I'm kinda disappointed. David S

We purchased a truck recently from Bayou Ford. They didn't give us a fair trade in value for our old truck. "We use carfax to determine value not KBB." Also, attempted to deduct $1,000 off trade in for car preparation for resale. Definitely, read over financial paperwork before you sign it. They had a $790 theft protection policy listed that we didn't want to purchase. Unfortunately, we did not catch it until we were already home.

I purchased my vehicle yesterday from Bayou Ford in Laplace and I left very happy and all thanks goes out to Jeremy he were very nice and patient with me. He took his time getting making sure that I would be happy with my purchase. And I'm so happy that I finally feel comfortable with recommending anyone to go to Bayou Ford in Laplace and ask for Jeremy.

Needed help with a battery at 4:00. Traveling from out of town. They were open til 6:00. Told me it would be the next day and that they could only rent me a car. And even added that it would be expensive. Told me I shouldn't get a battery replaced elsewhere. 4 people standing around doing nothing & looking as if they couldn't care less that I had a problem. I went one block down the road, got a new battery & was back on the road by 5:00. And I can't even count how many Fords my family has bought in our lifetime.

Bought a new car back in January 2021 and sold the car a few months later. I canceled my gap insurance and still haven't received my refund check. I called to talk with my salesman "Cody Jackson"and she said she hasn't gotten hers and she wasn't helpful.. finally spoke with Jonah Zieske the finance manager and he hasn't been helpful. I don't not recommend this dealership!!

Absolutely disgusted. 2nd time my new car has been in the shop. First time, they had my car 3 weeks. This time, we're on 2+weeks - they have yet to start anything to repair my recall OR the airbag fault. They also decided that my loaner needed to be sold and I needed to turn it in the same day. When I told them I'd have it next week, they showed up with the police and took the rental. They left me with no vehicle, not even my own. My husband drove to pick it up and found dents, broken pieces to the air vents that were ripped off and left on the floorboard with screws as well. They've harassed me through calls, text, and in person. I will recommend that no one does business here! You've been warned! Rude and absolutely horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Broke down at night and had to tow my F450 into nearest Ford Service dept. After nearly 8 weeks of trying to get someone to tell the truth about progress on repair of transfer case, I'm still waiting with no response. I was told over / weeks ago that the part was to be delivered within the hour and it would take 4 hrs to install. Well...? No one will answer my calls. Goes to voicemail. No return calls? What's going on? Who knows.
