The hog head cheese has been very off lately. It's very much like a different recipe and just nothing like it use to be. I think we will be skipping it from now on!

We have been buying from Bailey’s for many years. We live near Ft Worth Tx and travel to New Orleans usually twice a year. We always stop and buy enough andouille sausage to last us between trips. It is guaranteed to be the best andouille sausage you will ever eat.
