“I called in late Thursday afternoon looking for a battery, and I spoke to Cindy. She was very courteous and helpful, and walked me thru several options, and we settled on one that she had in stock. I ran over to pick it up and found 3 well dressed employees, in their NAPA uniforms, eager to help me. I asked for Cindy, who arrived at the counter while I was still asking for her. She promptly got to work finishing the sale, the battery was already on the counter, and explaining the benefits of the battery that I purchased. Now, even though they were about to close, they were not rushing me out the door. They were more concerned with my satisfaction. I noticed on the way out that the shelves were well stocked. Just so helpful.Mrs Toni went above and beyond. She gave me a chair to sit in while I waited for Mr Jaron to return back from deliveries to install my car battery. Mrs Toni knowledge about car parts was so unbelievable. Them over 30 years ago she spoke of, I think she could be a mechanic. Customer Service at this store is astonishing. Give them a visit.”
