I typically do not leave reviews, but these ladies exceeded my expectations and they deserve the highest accolades. I had my eyes on this ring for approximately eight months, but we were not quite ready to upgrade. Jada was very helpful, patient, and very professional. She kept in contact with me with updates on promotions and current sales. Shameika was very knowledgeable and answered the million questions my husband had and was very patient with him. If you are in the market for any type of jewelry stop by Zales and let these ladies assist you, you will not regret it.
