They always want to hold checks for 7-10 days, when my husband tries to cash one. Now, why do you have to verify a company when direct deposits come in every single week from the same exact company? They don't verify when hackers are always using our account, but they verify the verified. We are switching banks asap. The only nice worker is Karen.

They don't have Cashiers checks or notary services. ATMs are always broken or down for service, and customer service isn't much help otherwise. Defeats my whole purpose for choosing this bank.I added a star due the fact they print out your debit card on the spot, which is an awesome feature for ANY bank to have.

This bank charges you a one time $15.00 set up fee to have a debit card for your checking account. This bank charges you a monthly checking account fee of $6.95 if you don't have direct deposit, unless you keep $100.00 in your account at all times. When you open your checking account, they mail you your debit card, then you have to wait another 5-7 days to be able to use it because they have to mail you a "pre-selected" P.I.N. number (you have to pay a $10.00 fee if you want to select your own P.I.N. number). When customer service was finished telling me all of the above on the phone, I told her, cancel all of my info and close my account. This bank is all about "FEES"... The CEO of this bank must be pretty wealthy. There are much better banks out there without all of the FEES.

The customer service representatives at this branch in Lake Charles, LA. are horrible. They act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you when you do a transaction at the teller line. Very rude. They are more focused on talking to each other about their personal life instead of serving the customers. A supervisor from the main office in the Woodlands, TX. definitely needs to pay this branch a personal visit and pose as a customer to see how these employees really treat customers.

I went to a woodforest bank in Lake charles Louisiana the manager by the name of Karen at the location on highway 171 attitude is very nasty this is not the 1st time she speaks to people as if you are stupid and I really hate going to that bank just because of her. She really need to be trained again or either fired.

I only been having an account with these guys for s month I go in the moss bluff one to ask a question the teller was so unprofessional....I wanted to curse he tail out I'm closing my account that heffa was very very unprofessional

People hang around 1 miniute after closing time. Never help. I'm here during business hours and still have to wait for my money. Terrible supervision. Horribly run . I am use to quick friendly service back in houston
