I called with questions, and Karen was able to help me quickly. Her excellent customer service really lifted my spirits and really made my day! You just don’t see that level of customer service everywhere these days. I’ll be a woodforest user for life, Thank you Karen:)

They don't have Cashiers checks or notary services. ATMs are always broken or down for service, and customer service isn't much help otherwise. Defeats my whole purpose for choosing this bank.I added a star due the fact they print out your debit card on the spot, which is an awesome feature for ANY bank to have.
