I used Walmart pharmacy on Highway 14 in Lake Charles Louisiana a lot I get a text . My prescription is ready on the July 13th I get there no record of it then she tells me it’s gonna be an hour before they will have it ready I drive 45 miles to pick up my prescriptions. And this is about the third time this happened. I get a text 10 minutes after I drive off it’s ready poor Customer Service.

Always a good experience dealing with any Walmart Pharmacies but only will go to fill at this location!

I have found them to be friendly and prompt. I have never had a problem with my scripts being filled on time or have had any problem with the staff.

I am sick of not getting my meds - there is always a problem. I had to go through the line 4 times today b4 they got the order right. The clerk was friendly but really...things should be better. The pharmacy needs to be on top of getting info from the doctors offices. I travel 100 miles to get meds so when they arent ready it causes me another trip.

The people in the Pharmacy at this location won't call you when your prescriptions are ready, you can sit down in front the window waiting and they still won't say anything. I dropped off a prescription that was supposed to take 45 mins. I went to pick up my medicine to be told there is an issue with my insurance. No one called to say anything, then after going to another window, they figured out that my info was put in incorrectly. Wow, I hope they aren't as careless when filling prescriptions .

The pharmacy department needs to train their workers on the customer service side. They are rude and unprofessional. When a customer is telling you the brand and mg. their doctor has told them, then the customer service rep. in the pharmacy should not act as though the customer is stupid and saying something unreasonable. I have a BA and two Masters so I am far from stupid. My next complaint will be directly to the manager. This has happened more than once with a different person in that department. This is one of the main reasons I have started to transition my medications to Walgreen.
