How I got scammed by Walmart: I bought a 50" Phillips TV here on May 11, 2023. When I opened the box the TV inside was broken. I returned to the store and to my surprise the serial number on the TV did not matched the serial number in the box of the TV and therefore my return was not accepted, staff was very rude during the process. The employees at this location changed the TV inside the box for an old one and put it back on sale so that someone else pay for their TV. Be really careful if you buy any home appliance at this Walmart.

Poorest customer service Bethany is a horrible pharmacy lead tech plz hire someone that has good customer service she is the only one that needs replacing the rest of there crew is awesome and all have good customer service wing out the bad to make a better visit

I drive 45 minutes to pick up my medications here and to be honest. I never feel like there is going to be an issue. The staff is courteous and informative. I have had issues with my insurance two times before and they went out of their way to help me get it resolved. Then they re-ran the billing several times until it finally went through. It saved me from having to make the hour and a half drive the next day.

This Walmart is the worst at keeping items in stock. We have gone weeks for them to get items on the shelf. You would think the manager would know what is selling or not selling and have those items getting on the shelves alot quicker. Obviously someone is not doing there job right. Worst Walmart experience ever. This store definitely needs a corporate looking into. The store needs changes in a big way. Been here in the area for two years and it is getting worse by the week.

The girl in the money center with the septum Piercing treated me like a criminal about my identification. I have one name on birth certificate so thats how they print it. I was trying to SEND money and the girl and two older ladies one with a short grey fade and the other with a redish brownish rollerset at the money center treated me very bad looking me up and down not even bothering to scan the ID. I had to ask for my ID back cause the girl was too busy looking in my face to give it back. RUDE AS HELL VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I am a frequent shopper at this Wal-Mart. Within the past weeks I have seen a HUGE improvement in EVERY department. It feels good to walk in a clean store, you guys have really stepped it up as a whole team. Whatever it is you all did to change, guys, keep it up! It is noticed. Here's the big one. Your appearance! WOW! You are all polished up. It also makes a big impact on my day when the employee asks me if they can assist me in finding what I need and really mean it. Heck, I was looking for simple Cream Cheese and the associate ask if he could help. That was super awesome. KUDDOS to the cashiers for your Great customer service. You are the last one we see and because of you, I go back. Over all I give Walmart on Nelson a Thumbs up. Keep up the good work guys. TEAM WORK MAKES DREAM WORK!!

Avoid the automotive center at all costs. I brought my car to get two new tires put on. One was to replace a bad tire. Instead of taking off the bad tire, they moved it to the front and jacked up my alignment. They took one of my good tires off instead. After we got home, my husband tried to put the right tire on the car and discovered they left all my lug nuts loose. My husband took them off with his fingers. This is a whole new level of ineptitude. We could have had a serious accident. Avoid!

Love this pharmacy. All Walmart stores are terrible, Nelson rd Walmart PHARMACY is THE BEST EVER!!!!! They always have my meds ready when they say they will even when the need to order them. They are always nice and full of smiles. I can have the worst day and end up having to go to the pharmacy and they can can change my day. Always friendly and go out of their way to meet my needs. Wonderful crew there. Love them and tell everyone about this pharmacy. About the store: never enough registers open and lines are terrible. Cashiers don't know how to use the register after u get your turn. They don't know how to reload cards or use savings catcher on your phone. Managers are rude and careless! Example;My husband ended up having to put a customer on his butt due to a conflict with him and the cashier in customer service and the only thank u he got was from the poor cashier who was crying. Manager made her return right back to work! This after customer broke register and threw it at customer service cashier. The store is always hot. It can be feb or Aug and even though I'm shopping in Louisiana I come out of the store as if I have been out in the sun all day. Sweating, red face. A lot of changes before store gets 5 stars. I try not to shop here anymore. I come in only if I need a prescription and if I need items at the same time. New stores around town offer pick up and I don't have to deal with store climate, lines, etc. I simply put my order in online and pick it up without leaving my car. My grocery bill has dropped in price as well. Walmart claims to rollback prices , but more like rolling forward and then try to depend on savings catcher and I get the money back just can't use it cause cashiers have no idea how to do that!

they get a 1 because ZERO is not an option..THE MOST DISGUSTING AND RUDEST EMPLOYEES BAR NONE..every single time we go there, we PUT UP with the worse behavior, slowest cashiers who act as though you are ACTUALLY bothering them because they have to do their jobs by ringing them up. You can't even bother complaining to the management, because well, Leadership starts at the top and there are NO LEADERS there. Managers could gives a rats behind that they have a job to do, they could care less that people are standing in line 20 deep at 545 ANY NIGHT of the week, and all we want to do is GET OUR CRAP AND GET out but we can't because its takes 45 MINUTES to get through the only line that is moving, self check out. Today was THE LAST straw. I wanted to reload my Walmart card to get gas, got it loaded, went to get gas and OF COURSE it didn't work. I go to the window and CATHY swiped it 7 times, made me swipe just the same amount to tell me it doesn't work...I showed her my receipt and she said "well WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO, IT DON'T WORK, WE AINT AFFILIATED WITH WALMART SO USE ANOTHER PAYMENT"...That was THE WHOLE reason for getting the card was to get the discount...ARGH..THE MANAGERS SUCK. They need to close that store and start over..sick to death of complaining for it to go no where..wasting my breath and getting angry for what..who cares except me.

This doesn't even deserve a 1 star. The lady today November 13, 2016 Sunday at Moneygram located inside of this Walmart was sooooooo rude. She was mean to the man in front of us then attempted with me, but my has been did not let her. I live in Houston Texas we came to the casino here in Lake Charles and I thought I could pick up the money at this Walmart thinking it would be easier and friendlier, I think I'm better off back home. She does not deserve to be in customer service to the public.
