I called earlier today and spoke to a female manager who confirmed that this location could assist with passport photos, as long as I arrived before 7 PM. It's a 1 hour service, and they have paper and all needed equipment. However, the cashier sighed when I asked for assistance and she called for Shift Manager Chris (refused to give a last name) who told me it was broken. They both appeared reluctant to help due to it being within the hour when the service will end for the day. Chris would not come speak to me. He only told the cashier to send me away. I am so frustrated. 3 different Walgreens locations would not assist and the staff at this location appeared to be LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I let them know Id leave a review and report to corporate office. They were unphased.

Walgreens, on the Country Club and Elliott Road, is a good store, with exception to the arrogant self-centered pharmacist, who treats his coworkers (including the store manager) as if they are beneath him. He also give select favoritism to some customers (mostly well-dressed white men) and either ignores or belittles other customers he come in contact with. I have observed him on multiple occasions and have been told by store managers that, while they have had many complaints, nothing is done about it. I was given a 1-800 number to call and still saw no change in the pharmacist's bias practices. He has spoken to some customers worse than someone might address a stray dog (aggressively leaning towards a customer and saying "Go home!...Go home! instead of addressing the customer's legitimate concern about being turned away because the pharmacy decided to close early, with customers still in line. If I could give a negative star rating for him, I would. The 2-star is only because of the few employees there who try to make up for his prejudice and pathetically bullish behavior to must customers and co-workers. A truly arrogant, foully-spoiled white man of self-appointed entitlement.

This location has the Moderna Booster available for qualified individuals. I was pleased with their help to facilitate my mother getting her Covid-19 booster. Pharmacist and staff were very helpful, would recommend!

I am writing this review on behalf of my Mother-in-Law who has been a loyal Walgreens customer for many years. A side note: her Mother was a long time employee of Walgreens -over 20 years- and was a shareholder! So here's the story: Mom was excited to get a coupon from Walgreens stating that since her birthday is in November she could use the coupon EACH time she purchased something from Walgreens to receive 10 times the rewards points. Again, the important thing is that the coupon clearly states EACH time during your birthday month it could be used for the extra points. The coupon did not state in any way, shape or form that it was a one-time use coupon. ( Please see attached image of coupon.) One of the reasons Mom was so excited is that it was re-usable during her entire Birthday Month!! She received her 10 times rewards points for each dollar spent when she made her first purchase during her Birthday Month and presented the coupon. Happy Camper. Then... she went to this Walgreens a second time on November 24th and presented the same coupon to the cashier. When the cashier scanned the coupon the register did not allow it to go through. The cashier asked if the coupon had been used previously and Mom said yes, but read the coupon. The cashier read the coupon including all the fine print and agreed that it should be able to be used more than once during the entire month of November with no restrictions. The Manager was called, read the coupon, and totally agreed. When she tried to scan it and it was refused Mom requested the coupon be returned to her so she could inform the Walgreens Corporate Office of their mistake and provide them the opportunity to remedy it.

By far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I've been multiple times and my experience was terrible. Once I brought my script and waited for 45 minutes just to have them tell me they we're out. Another time I dropped a script off, went back at the time they told me and again "not in stock". After all that they were just rude and unprofessional.
