Staff was helpful, this location has the Pfizer Booster available for Covid-19 vaccine. If you need the Moderna booster, the Walgreens on Country Club/Elliott Road is the location for that booster (across from Albertson's.) I took my Mom (87 yrs.) for her booster, but had to go to the other location for the matching booster.

I have bought several 500 dollar gift cards in the past. This past weekend, I was confronted by an assistant manager wanting to know what this card was going for. She had I had bought several cards before. I am a responsible person and buy cards for different people. I will never shop at this place again. By the way, other stores where I have bought 500 dollar cards have never once asked me what the card was for.

We are looking for a new pharmacy. This is unacceptable. My husband has been waiting for his diabetic meds for 3 days due to it being out of stock. It was in stock today and he went and asked for it. The clerk said that the computer system was down;however she was able to find his prescription and retrieve it from the refrigerator and bag it. She refused to give it to him because she could not make it scan. My husband asked if their was some way that they could deliver the prescription to him and enter the delivery later when the system was up. They refused. He went back a second time—the clerk throw the prescription onto the counter and walked away. Another person came by and said the system was down and they could not deliver the prescription. He told her this was medication for diabetes, and that he could go into a coma—the clerk just said okay. Why doesn’t Walgreens have a backup plan for delivering prescription when the system is down? Why do they tolerate clerks with this attitude? Why is this prescription frequently out of stock ?

While waiting for my 2nd dose they Changed policy that COVID shots are now appointment only and told no one. What was the point of me filling out all that paperwork and giving my info I’d I can’t even get an automated text of something so important. Now I just get to sit here waiting 35 mins for an appointment and told not to leave so I can’t even get other things done. Giant waste of time and puts everyone who hasn’t finished at risk of missing 2nd dose.

Some actual good customer service. After getting yanked around and still not having my meds three days later from CVS I switched here. I got my meds the same day I switched and they said if there was anything else I needed I could still get help at any of their Florida locations while on vacations and they would send my info. I think the lady I spoke to on the phone was Cara. She was very polite and very helpful. The sales people on the floor were also very helpful and made sure we found everything we needed. I feel a lot better having my medicine sent here knowing that I will get it and that the employees actually care about the customers they are serving. Ten stars if I could.
