Very good shoe repairman! One of Lake Charles' points of historic interest - Mr Vic has been fixing shoes for decades in his unassuming but old fashioned charming shop. Did a great job on half dozen of my nice dress shoes - bought my favorites more wear time than they were due! Nice guy and fair prices!
