I've lived in Valley View Apartments for six years now. I really haven't had any major problems with maintenance or my tenant neighbors. The office manager will work with you concerning your housing and financial needs. It really is a nice place to live

We are a small apartment complex in Lake Charles. We have 1,2- and 3-bedroom apartments. Application fee is $35 and $350 deposit. We are income restricted and do accept housing vouchers. Requirements - valid ID, SSN, proof of income, no criminal history and no evictions for less than 2 years.
