Ty went above and beyond when making copies for me. The employees at my local UPS store on Prien Lake Rd. are in Lake Charles, LA are always kind and helpful even when the line is almost to the door.

The graphic designer, Ty, went above and beyond to make sure my product was printed accurately, and in order. The first time I came, Ms Ty was not working that day, and a regular worker tried their BEST and trying to print out my images for the project I'm working on, but they accidentally missed 50 pages. I emailed them and explained the situation, and the graphic designer, Ms. Ty, was there and she allowed me to have my entire order reprinted. And this time, I received ALL 175 images that I needed. Ty is a GREAT WORKER with AMAZING customer service. Job well done. She even made sure my images were separated and in plastic sleeves AND in an envelope. She is amazing! Job well done Ty! ? 10 ⭐

Rachel Mead at the Lake Charles, La store was so helpful. On a day thar was very hard for me because of some medical testing, Rachel went above and beyond to help me with a personal, compassionate approach. I am so thankful for Rachel. Please give her a monetary raise and promotion: much deserved.
