My friends and I were walking around the mall, and we passed by this store, and we decided to go inside the owner told us that he could fix my phone for a hundred for both screen and battery. He said to us that it's going to take about an hour, so we left the phone with him. We came back after one hour, and the phone looked brand new "it look good." Two days later my screen on my phone it started twitching then it went completely black. The screen wouldn't turn on so we are from Lafayette so we drove back to lake Charles just to see this man so he can fix my phone. He said " you probably dropped it or when you tossed on your bed or sofa it probably damaged it" after he said that we tried explaining what happened before it started twitching and he kinda started arguing with us and basically calling us liars. After that went down, he told us he's going to fix it just because he remembered us since we were there the other day. Fast forward about three weeks, My phone started getting big, am thinking what's going on with my phone. You know! So I decided to go my nearest iPhone repair shop, and they told me that my battery "which was a brand new battery that HE put in not even a month ago." So please tell me how a new battery starts getting big out of nowhere. The battery looks swollen. The only thing I can say about his shop "Universal Cellular" is a scam. If you are reading this DON'T, DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE TO THIS SHOP. But he do sell cute cases. Just go for the cases.

Horrible my friend brought her phone this place the police ended up being called told her it would be ready wed on Saturday came Wednesday he told her come back Friday if it doesn't work he'll pay her 400 after he damage for a iPhone 6 Plus a 1000 phone

Very rude customer service, they will fixed your phone with used parts,if they did FIX the phone~~ stealership business . BE AWARE PEOPLE .. shop around, don't go CELLULAR DEPOT
