Customer for 2 years. Poor service . Started with Baton Rouge. Two weeks after starting service salesman quit. Probably 10 different drivers. Lake Charles took over. Not much better. Different drivers. Didn’t fix or exchange clothes. My two employees always complained.. I was tired of the service. So I discontinued the service. They refused to pick up old uniforms. They said I broke the contract . They charged me A 8000 bill. I will tell everyone I know not to use Unifirst Also always uniforms were missing. I feel like I had every right to break contract..

Please donot used them all ways have cloth miss when that been then and all ways add change and never fix my cloth all ways have hole and tell about it that never get fix and we was tell we was under 1 year contract so after 2 year want give back that said we had 5 year contract please donot usedand that tell us that will not come pick it up and that going chacne us for the uniform please donot used them

DO NOT USE. We have been a customer for several years and within the last year, their standards have quickly diminished.
We changed our company's logo this past spring and we paid our cost to have that done and it took months to get them changed, and we still have several shirts that have the old logo. You would think we'd ask an impossible task of them. We also pay weekly insurance to have our garnments changed when they no longer look nice (rips, stains, wear, tear, and usage ect) and we have followed procedure to have them to changed out. Last week, everything that we tagged to have changed out came back just as we sent them; rips, stains, and gross. They even left the string on the garnments that the tags were attached too. They clearly just pulled the tag off and ignored it. We didn't even have then delivered on the day they are scheduled to come. We didn't get a phone call to let us know that they were behind and they would be there the next day, I had to call 10 min before we closed to find out what was going on. AND we only received a fraction of the uniforms we were supposed to get!
I'm terribly frustrated. Our uniforms are our company's image, the first thing our customers see, and they are directly disrupting our ability to make a first impression. Heck, half of them don't even have uniforms to wear this week. We will be cancelling our services without looking back.

One of the most unprofessional uniform companies. Week after week would forget not just my clothes, but other employees clothes too. Tried to trade in half of my pants for shorts and the guy tells me that they will be in by next week. One week later they pick up my clothes to be washed and drop off nothing. The guy forget to put in the order so my GM had to call the company and ask what's going on. I now had to wash my own uniforms because they were not to be trusted to even bring them back, and worst part was that I was still being charged a service/maintenance fee for something that they weren't even doing. After leaving that job and turning in all my uniforms they tried to keep my deposit because they said I still had 7 pairs of pants. These idiots never wrote down that I traded in those pants for shorts. Finally after 2 weeks I get my last check stub and the refund was on there, of course they had to stick it to me one last time and still charged me a $13 maintenance fee. Be very cautious of this company. Not only is it that some of the employees don't care about what your paying for as a service, but also their uniforms are not a high grade product.

I just wanted to say that I love, love Gerald Proctor our Uni First Rep. He is very professional and always polite. He gets the job done right the first time. I am the General Manager of Planet Fitness in Orange, Tx and we use Uni First. I would highly recommend this business. Gerald Proctor is a great employee and services us every month. He always has a smile on his face and has great customer service.

We love our UniFirst service. The quality of the product is excellent and our driver, Eldridge, is wonderful. Very professional, fast and efficient and is always smiling! He is an excellent ambassador for UniFirst.

Lauren Gearhart was super helpful. She checked our bill from another company we are currently using. Although there was a slight difference in price we stayed with our current company because there has been no service problems. But if we consider changing in the future, we would contact Lauren with Unifirst!

My company is a customer of Cintas. They came in and looked over my bill and were able to get my rate with Cintas lowered. I can't speak to their service on the uniforms, but Lauren, the representative I spoke with was very polite and helpful. I am under contract with Cintas, so I was unable to try their services, but they did save the company about $200 a month.
