Always great but today the employee handling my online pickup was just the sweetest. Not just excellent customer service, she was so personable. Customers appreciate that. I believe her name was Zoe :)

Absolutely horrible experience in this store. I witnessed a worker on the floor be nasty and rude to a teen. When an adult or parent advised the worker that her response was rude, the worker got highly belligerent, very loud and screaming at the customer. The worker started yelling “I’m not the one!!”, jumping around, and acting like she wanted to fight. It was horrible. The whole time, no management came over to check on the customer or see what was going on. It was a complete embarrassment to Ulta, I’ll never be back to this location.

There was a worker there named Amna Cheema, she gave the best service helped me and my sister with everything. Highly recommend to shop here again and give Miss Cheema a raise or promotion or something.

I go to Ulta maybe once a week. They have so many newer items being shipped in . It used to be a very scare store, but it has changed. Store Manager Charissa is a doll and very helpful!

The saving grace to this location is how nice the girls are at the front counter. Every time I go in, they seem to be out of something or the store is messy. Today I was looking to buy a high end liner, and a girl approached me when I asked her if a certain brand was in stock she said no, it’s been popular and walked away. I would’ve been happy to have the help looking for something similar but she didn’t even offer. Manager could be heard on the floor getting onto employees for little things on a busy Saturday.

Check your receipts! They will slip things into your purchase and if you aren’t careful you will pay dearly! I guess partly my fault for not checking my receipt until I got home. The cashier slipped a Clinique product into my purchase. I live an hour and 20 min away from this ulta and it is the closest one to me. I drove all the way down there and bought what I needed. Was using gift cards so I was fumbling with those because they are THE MOST DIFFICULT retailer to use gift card at and didn’t pay attention to my total. Like others have commented, the cashier told me I got a free gift and she looked in the cabinet and was like we are out! Of course you are!
So, I get home and empty my bag to find a Clinique face product in there I did not buy. I do not wear or buy Clinique anything. I call and speak to the store manager that told me I had to drive back to get a refund and that she couldn’t help me, I told her that wasn’t fair, I didn’t make this error and I was the one that had to pay..l to the tune of $46! Yes, I should have noticed that but I bought a lot of stuff and was messing around with my gift cards. She proceeded to ask me if I was human and if I make mistakes. Of course I do! But, I fix them and own up to them. She refused to fix this error. She even told me well, they keep those Clinique products at the registers. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office. The video cameras can be checked…. I did NOT put this product on the counter.
I will no longer shop at Ulta in any capacity.

Every time I go they are OUT of the gifts. If you're Out of the gifts for purchase then take all the signs down that suck you into purchase!!

The store is horribly laid out, especially the checkout area. As someone with an infant, I can't shop here due to not being able to fit a stroller through checkout.

Was not impressed. I was told by the cashier that I need a phone number to make a purchase, which is a lie.
