Absolutely perfect hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff from check in, housekeeping, food service and check out. Staybridge Suites is quickly becoming my favorite properties across the country. I travel 300+ days a year and Staybridge Suites is always above and beyond the others and the first place we go when there is one in the area! Thanks for having us and all you do!

Was a great, newly built hotel. Good amenities and great space. We had a 2 room suite and there was a lot of space for the family, breakfast was great as well. Close to food to pickup or have delivered. Easy to get back to interstate

I'm in a wheelchair, and no problems getting through doors. They served breakfast at no charge!

First desk person at night ignores guest. You can clearly hear them typing on the computer in the back room and whistling. Bang on the counter and whistle and they just keep going as if no one is there and they can’t hear them. Very unprofessional!!

Clean, safe, and comfortable rooms and beds. Plenty of room. Great hot breakfast and clean, comfortable eating area. Really like the full bottles of hand/body washes, etc that are being utilized for the toiletries. Friendly and professional staff.

Stayed here to go to the Golden Nugget for a concert and this was a great choice. From the moment you walk in the staff is friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very spacious, and the street takes you right to the Golden Nugget...it's about 10 minutes away tops. Even though the hotel was full with families and lots of children there it was very quiet, which I appreciated. My room even had a view of the Bayou Contraband, which was nice to wake up to. I highly recommend staying here, and have already recommended it to others. I'll definitely be staying there again.

very rude staff kicked me and my family out over the basketball court even though we were staying there all because they thought we weren’t and it might be racially motivated because we are all black

We had a large group and reserved a room block, the rates were reasonable and they extended the rates even once the block was full. Rooms are modern and well appointed with kitchenettes, living room space, and comfortable beds. The breakfast provided is much more than a regular continental with many options. The lobby has an extra living room area to hang out and is spacious and modern. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Recommend staying here during your visit!

Stayed the night as we were passing through on our road trip. The staff was friendly &the place is nice! The room had good space, full kitchen, &was really clean. They are pet friendly, too! Laundry on site if you need it. Breakfast in the morning was great! Would definitely stay again ♡

I had an excellent stay in a very quiet room. My spouse woke up hours before I did; he was able to make the noise he needed to in order to cook his breakfast in the kitchen and start his work day while I continued to sleep. I barely heard the rain. I definitely did not hear a strong gusts of wind that were happening outside. I was comfortable. I am so happy that we tried out this hotel for our otherwise difficult trip. We will definitely be looking for Staybridge in the future.Noteworthy details: The coffee maker Is a real mini coffee pot which takes a normal filter and the same kind of coffee grounds that one can purchase at any grocery store. I purchase my coffee from a specialized source. It was fantastic to be able to drink my coffee instead of trying to figure out a tidy way of pouring hot water over a make-do concoction in a bathroom sink.Even better: The coffee comes out with no taste of leftover residue. Somebody takes the time to clean this machine on a regular basis. I am impressed and delighted!
