I’ve been to Southwest Tire a few times over the last 10 years and I’ve always gotten good service. I was reminded of that today when I went to get a tire leak fixed. Amazing customer service, all around!

Told me they “would not touch my truck unless it leaves their shop on OEM lug nuts”Most absurd thing I’ve ever heard in my life? they are willing to put used tires on the truck but NOT tighten down the wheels with the BRAND NEW lug nuts it came in on?Absolute joke of a shop. Would not recommend.

Brought my own tires they charged me 80 just to put them on. They were fast I was in and out.
