We had a very pleasant experience purchasing our new mattress. Mia was very knowledgeable, super nice and went above and beyond in helping us choose and purchase our mattress. Would definitely recommend Mia and the team at the Lake Charles, LA location.

Absolutely do not recommend financing from this store. We financed our bed and was told it would be like an account similar to say conns or some other furniture store etc and that it would NOT be a credit card turns out it is. Surprise right. Now we have paid our bill on time for over a year straight and they decided to lower the limit on my card by 700 bucks?!?!?! Hit my credit for a solid 20 points down. I just don’t understand

Hannah was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products she was selling. She allowed us to try out whatever bed we wanted to and we found the one that fits us best. The process was very pleasant.

We have had a sleep number bed for around ten years now. In that time it has been non functioning about half of the time. A complete waste of money and effort. We have had to replace the control box 3 separate times now. and its broke again. each time we call in they make us run through the group of test and bS as the time before. We try to tell the CSR that it is not our first rodeo with this controller but they want you to do it anyway. Here's a thought Sleep number, keep better customer records. My wife and I have both worked on this thing so much we likely know more about than you do. If you're reading this and thinking about investing your hard earned dollar on a sleep number, I implore you to reconsider your options. Yes the offer a long warranty, but what good is it if you can't get them to respond?

The store was clean, the associate was nice. They lack inventory and when you have to order, it's at least 10 days till you receive your item. I didn't get a bed. I'm talking about a simply shipped pillow. I ordered my pillow on Friday from Sleep Number. I ordered the pillow cases from a different online retailer on Saturday night. Monday my pillow cases are delivered and my pillow is still processing. You CAN do better sleep number.

This is the worst bed I have EVER slept on! I can go buy a cheap air mattress and put it in the floor and be more comfortable. I am so disappointed!!!! I beg my husband to get it and regret it everyday!! Very upset!

Some people offer nice beds at a decent price but when u go to sleep number your going to get a lifetime investment for a surprisingly fair price.... I highly recommend if you need improved sleep come give them a try ask for Hannah and tell them I sent you.... now on to Hannah she is awesome did all she could to get us in the bed we wanted, she was super patient with my kids even though they were slightly unruly, make sure yall go and see her and let her take care of your future sleep needs

It was so nice to go in the store and not have a salesman try and “supersize “ my purchase. I knew what I could afford and it was a pleasant experience. The salesman was informative and extremely professional. He explained that upgrades are available without starting from scratch. I will keep that in mind since my visit was successful.
