I purchased a living room set. Started to itch every time I lay on it but didn't pay it NO ATTENTION but it constantly happened over and over again. So I flipped over my couch and the couch was infested with bugs so I treated it because I know I was not going to get a refund. I played it out in about 3 months time. Then a while after that the store was CLOSED DOWN. I've been told bad things about the company after I experienced it. The person I am I support my community. I don't make much I can't afford to throw away right now i had to keep it and keep it treated and put a sheet on both of my couches. It looks very tacky in my living room. Then now it's closed I just shake my head. This gets a NEGATIVE 0 from me. So I pray you guys do better and check and investigate your items. God bless

People disrespectful to the there point it would make you fight them. really would NEVER shop there NOR RECCOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.. IM GOING TO POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND TELL MY ARMY FRIENDS... I REPEAT IT'S NOT RECOMMENDED.

Got no money need way overpriced furniture. This is your Linda place. No credit needed, just going to have you pay weekly. And by the time you pay it off you will need to pay someone to haul it off. I don't think it will last as long as the payments do

I rented a living room set and found out it was infested with bed bug when they delivered it! That set was on the showroom floor and on a truck with other people's furniture!! I've told everyone I know and reported it to better business bureau.

I wouldn't ever advise anyone to deal with them. I went in to the store to rent some furniture and a t.v. But i change my mind about getting those things so i put $320 down and i cancelled before they deliver anything. So i was told that i can get my money back. Went in talk to the manager and he told me no i can't get my money back. If i want something else i told him no. THEY STOLE MY MONEY NEVER REFUNDED ME!! THIS IS BAD BUSINESS!! I would not ever advise anyone to do business with them THIEVES!!! GOD DON'T SLEEP AND IT'S THE LAKE CHARLES STORE. AND MY NAME IS LESLIE ADAMS!!

I wish I could give this store the lowest rating infinitely possible, they deserve a number below negative 0. First I went in and it was very unprofessional, I went ahead and selected merchandise none the less, first the store called and said the bed was broken they couldn't come, then called back and said they would deliver, once they got to my house, they delivery guys complained about having to work on Friday then proceeded to unload the furniture the bed was broken they had to take it back the end tables were not what I picked and to top it off I fell asleep on the couch and woke up completely covered in bed bug bites. I called they came spray a spritz bottle a few times then called out their personal exterminator who sprayed my home 4 days later then when I called to report that the exterminator smoked weed in my yard then tried to sell me stolen jewelry he said that my home was previously infested it wasn't the couch they refused to compensate me for the clothes other furniture the pain and suffering I went thru and all the toys I had to throw away. This place shouldn't even be in business it's ghetto trash
