During our time at ships ahoy albeit short we were treated with kindness and love by their staff. We had a sudden change in our schedule that made it so that paying 160.00 a week for no more than a day or two wasn’t justified. I understand that contractually speaking I’m obligated to pay for two weeks even if we’re not there for two weeks but right in this moment while I’m making sure my car note and my car insurance is paid so that I can transport my infant to and from specialists I am unable to pay them the two week fee.That being said, back to back phone calls while I’m on the phone with my child’s doctors are not okay. I’ve been threatened with collections, so instead of pressing the issue and violating Louisiana statue RS 14:285 just send my due balance to collections and I’ll deal with it when my eight month old isn’t between physical therapy twice a week and establishing a neurologist in Baton Rouge while I work full time and study to obtain my degree in this broken town.Have a blessed day!
