When I go to shop at the Sam's Club in Lake Charles, Louisiana, there is a Sam's Club employee called Alicia and she is just delightful. Alicia is so helpful and does it with a wonderful smile. I feel like a valued customer when I get to speak with Alicia. Please give Alicia a monetary raise and a promotion for her dedication to excellent customer service and contributions to the Sam's Club brand. Thank you, Alicia!

I'm a local business man in Lake Charles LA, we purchase some of our supplies from SAM'S Club. But over the years SAM's Club keeps cutting back the supplies and equipment we once purchased from them. For example, you sell a wall full of coffee, but you don't carry sugar packets on the floor which goes with it or coffee stir sticks. I've asked your employees about it and they done understand it

They need help out here at the gas station; pure chaos. There needs to be fluent access for both directions. Coupled with the barricaded area customers get stuck in LINES because we can't move. After waiting 20 minutes without being able to move, someone facilitated my access. I won't come back!

We spend TOO MUCH MONEY on a membership fee to get treated POORLY by the pickup department. I waited OVER 45 minutes, watching people come and go! Only reason I got my order when I did, was because I called and my husband went in to see WHY. They said “it doesn’t show you checked in”. The lady that was INTENTIONALLY skipping me, said “I’ll be right with you” and kept going to others. So what did she do? Dismiss my order???? DO BETTER!!! I have a video of her just chatting with a friend and eating on the clock and just not bringing my order.

Ordered new tires for my vehicle. Tires arrived as scheduled. Installed and look good. Very efficient, less than an hour to get the job done.

We always get the cookie cake that is out and ready. I wanted one that was specialized for a birthday party, so I ordered one..... 4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE. It was horrible - dry, old, the inside wasn't covered in icing like usual, it just fell apart.I only ordered one because they are So rude if I ask them to write anything on the ones that are out.Terrible service, Terrible cake, and terrible customer service!!Very disappointed!

My family loves shopping here. The scan and go feature in the app is amazing! You don't have to wait in line just scan stuff and pay in the app when your done and leave.

Whomever decides to block off lanes around the fuel pumps is a calculating sadist. It forces one to sit and wait for an eternity to fuel in the queue of vehicles with same fuel cap orientation or watch the other side sit vacant because no one can get to them due to the barriers/narrow lanes.

I was there this morning 9/1/23. It took me 30 minutes to shop and almost twice that long to get out of there. There were ONLY 2 checkers open at that time (9:30-11:00).Its the first of the month and a Friday of a holiday weekend and that's all you have is 2 checkouts open?Customers in line behind me left full baskets of groceries and walked out. I saw no managers trying to check customers out at that time either. The checkers they did have were very pleasant and doing a great job. I do not self check as I believe that's part of what you pay for in the membership and grocery cost. Even the self checks had long lines. Sam's, you can do better that this.My experience in the past have been positive but today was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

Stood in line for 30 minueted waiting on one person to order food because there is two people working and they are going so slow and they won’t even give an explaination or tell you they will be with you soon. It’s ridiculous

great place with cheap prices, if you have a membership. usually have samples on the weekends.
