I could not be happier with my remodel of my pool. Beth at Sabinehelped me every step of the way. extremely nice, helpful, not pushy had may options to pic from. My ne liner is gorgeous and my auto filler is a dream. My resurface deck is so much cleaner and not quite as hot and less slippery. They built the pool and this remodel upgrade is wonderful. Looks like a new pool.Thank you, Beth and team.

Sabine designed and built our pool in the fall of 2022. Great design for our space and beautiful finishes.The pumps, filter, etc. are the industry-leading, trusted brands.The service department is responsive and knowledgeable - whether warranty or owner error.The sales staff are friendly, and experienced. Whether needing assistance with furniture or having water tested and selecting the right chemicals, it is always a pleasure to visit the Lake Charles store.

You should absolutely consider Sabine Pools if you are in the market for a new pool. This was my wife and I’s first pool build so we were definitely needing a place that would guide us through the entire process like we were 3rd graders. From the first meeting, Beth answered every question we could possibly come up with. She listened to our ideas and provided some of her own after hearing what we wanted. You could also tell her recommendations were genuine and she wasn’t looking to upsale anything just for the sake of it. The build process went great (weather permitting) and we were always kept up-to-speed with the next steps in the process. We did discover a few very minor issues upon completion that Sabine took care of immediately.The only negative we can say is that we now have to wait until the weather warms up to enjoy it.

Working with Sabine to install our first pool couldn’t have gone better. Beth was amazing! She made the design process simple and fun. David ensured construction ran smoothly. We were swimming within the timeline they stated. Chris runs a tight service department.

Very helpful staff. They always call me back to let me know if they have a certain part in stock. This is one of the few older LC businesses that still takes care of its customers.

Absolutely horrible. I had a pool that was “not very dirty”, words from their service manager. They have been here 3 times in the last month and a half (and still counting), yet my pool is still not clean. When asked how long the process would take, I was told 1 days. Spoke to the service manager and he said they would try to come the following day (3.5 weeks after the first visit) and no one has been here yet and it’s been 7 days since I was told this. The 3 times they did come however, they vacuumed a little bit and then dumped all the excess chemicals and trash from the pool, into my berry bushes that we eat out of. The lady who answered the phone was nice but that makes zero difference when your manager has an attitude and the company won’t complete the work even though they’ve been paid already to do it. ABSOLUTELY, will NEVER recommend this company to anyone else.I’m response to your response, I’ll post some pictures of the bushes too just so you can see. Also, I spoke to y’all before the realtor did and after. Glad someone came out today to start the clean up, hopefully it can be completed tomorrow.

- Instead of comparing the two, (we had several bad experiences at another local pool supply store) I'm just going to say that Sabine fixed the algae and identified other issues and took care of them quick.- There were a couple young ladies in there and I was quite impressed at how knowledgeable they were. I saw three employees interacting with each other professionally. It's nice to see employees watching their coworkers backs.- I now see why my mom was loyal to the Sabine in Lafayette. We really like the Sabine in Lake Charles and will continue to give them our business.

I work construction there. I build the pools so cant say much about the in store review, but the people ive met in both the kaliste saloom lafayette location and the lake charles location are friendly.

I have been dealing with Sabine Pools & Spas in Gonzales for over 4 years. I have nothing but great service from the time I bought my pool to buy my supplies and getting my water tested. 5 star service every time.

I feel that unless you're spend big money they don't value you. Highest prices in the area and they will not match others on the same products.
