Fabulous sale on shoes! Atmosphere wonderful & staff professional & friendly. Ring in picture didn't come from S&M's but Turquoise sandals did. I highly recommend shopping here.

Love shopping at this store. The best selection and variety of shoes! The sales help when on a budget and the added weekend extra percentage off, it is by far the best store to find everything to add to your wardrobe. I haven't been to a store that comes close to the unique styles!

I worked there and ended up in the hospital and instead of having compassion he actually tried to punish me and keep my pay. Then when I finally did get payment he decided to pay me $7.25/hr instead of the already low $10. I'm going to get the difference with my lawyer that he will pay for as well.

I shop the specials each Christmas at S & M but generally pop in to their convenient location in the heart of Lake Charles. The sales this year were extraordinary. Lots of happy faces around the tree!

S and M Family Outlet is a Southwest Louisiana institution. I've been a customer since they were on Third Avenue forty-plus years ago. Shopping with them is a treat (for bargain hunters) and the closest you'll get to the "Filene's Basement" shopping experience. An eclectic selection of merchandise--always--but with some real gems to discover and consider. I once bought a pair of Italian loafers there for $12 that would have cost $400 at almost any other store in America. Only problem is that you do have to visit often to check out the goods as the stock varies daily. There is always the thrill of finding a wonderful bargain there!
