I came in off the street with low expectations, and was pleasantly surprised at the staffs professionalism and kindness. They expedited the process with blinding speed. I will be using ROTECH here on out and will recommend them to all that will listen! Sleep easy people with ROTECH on the case!

The reviews are 100% accurate. Lake Charles Rotech staff is great and its a crying shame that they linked to a supply company that must have zero leadership or support staff that care about their customers. I saw the reviews when looking for the Lake Charles address and sure enough the very first supplies order was wrong. They want me to pay to send the wrong supplies back, and its been crickets for 2 weeks after I said I wont be paying to send the wrong supplies back when I verified my equipment using the info I pulled from the machine and the phone app. Its been 2 weeks since then no response and Ive reached out twice since then. I started my RMA for the incorrect supplies over a month ago now. I recommend keeping an eye on what supplies your insurance is paying for and what you actually receive just to make sure there are no mistakes. If you are able, you can get the same supplies on Amazon.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company. Won’t send supplies I need. But send supplies I don’t need and that don’t fit my machine. Medicare pays them every month but I still get emails and texts to turn in my machine for non-payment. The office in Lake Charles is staffed by very polite seemingly efficient people but their hands are tied when it comes to resolving supply issues. When I call to speak to a real person instead of online or automated, I’m told I’m#12 or worse in the queue. I once held for 45 minutes and never moved up in the queue.

This place is a joke. They flat lied to me and said that my dad's wheelchair would be delivered the day he got out of the hospital. When I called the next day the woman working on my dad's account was supposed to return my call and that never happened. When I finally did speak to her I was told they were still waiting on Medicaid to approve his wheelchair. When I asked why I was told it was going to be delivered the day before I got nothing. No concern. Nothing. I don't expect special treatment but don't lie to me and have enough courtesy to return my call.
