The customer service was 5/5 stars. My husband and I had never been to a Red Wing store before. He was looking to buy new boots and the young lady, I think her name is Breanna if I remember correctly, welcomed us and helped with any questions we had. Definitely recommend and if around again, we will definitely stop by this store.

Bought a pair of shoes for $275.00 and the bottom of the shoes worn within 4 months. They did a warrantee.The second pair lasted me 5 months. Once again bottom leaks. Not very happy with Redwing shoes.

I got charged $70 for shoe insoles. The cashier asked me if I wanted shoe insoles for my new boots. I said sure. I'm upset because she put the $70 insoles in my boots without telling me the price of them. Thers is NO WAY that I would have paid that much for insoles.. I didn't know the price of the boots. When I got to the register to pay the price was over $300. I just assumed the boots were expensive and paid for them. When I got home I looked at the receipt. I could have gotten the same insoles at Walmart for $12. Really wish she would have told me the price upfront. I feel like I was taking advantage of..
