Horrible people. Stood inside arguing about the repair they did to my phone for an hour. The new screen started randomly touching an hour after repair and when I returned the next day they said it was out of warranty because it was caused by a “charging issue”I’ve never heard of a charging issue effecting a screen before but that’s fine. Would not recommend as they dont honor their 30 day warranty.

Employee seemed more interested in his phone than helping customers. Or cleaning for that matter. Stores a wreck. Broken/disorganized displays and nasty looking floors.

Stood inside for about 5-6 minutes with nobody to help me. Called put in case they were in the back but nobody ever responded. Horrible customer service. If your employees leave you should make sure they close and lock the door so customers dont waste their time for nothing. I will be complaining to mall managment. This isnt the first time I’ve tried shopping at your store and nobody is ever there to help.

The big guy with glasses is so rude. Him and the black girl that was with him just lept talking to each other and ignoring me when i went in to get my phone fixed. I finally got their attention and the guy said “whats your problem cant you see we are talking, yea i see 2 employees talking. So illtake my phone to get fixed by the other people. I needed the screen fixed and battery replaced

Got my phone fixed a day ago, just realized my speaker to answer phone calls no longer works. I can no longer talk on my phone unless it is on speaker. It worked PERFECTLY fine before they repaired my broken GLASS screen. They will not pick the phone up and i am PISSED. This WILL get fixed.
