I came in to buy a Hampster. When I asked for help she did start to walk my way though never looked up from her phone so I wasn't sure. I asked another associate who said she's helping you we have the same keys. They would not allow me to buy a hampster started cage and then buy a bigger cage in a couple days a much bigger more affordable one. But to leave the store I was walked around and told what to buy before I could leave with the hampster. I spent over $200 because my niece wanted a hampster and the manager told me they have the right to deny anyone to buy a pet that doesn't have the correct set up. I wanted to know then why sell a starter cage. I have shopped there for years and will never go in there again!

There ok the prices are pretty high compared to other places like chewy and regular stores like Walmart some things when compared cost two times what someone else has it for.

Got a new puppy and first stop was Petco in Lake Charles Louisiana. Had a pleasant experience and the workers there are very nice. I’ve been back 2 more times until now and will definitely go back again.

I went in to get advice and I looked four people in the face and not one of them asked if I needed any help.. they looked me over talking to each other like I wasn’t even in the store.. poor customer service
