“My boyfriend and I were on our way back home to Texas from Florida when my cars oil light came on. Luckily only 10 minutes outside of Lake Charles and frantic to get home, we saw that the Auto Center at Walmart was open. I pulled in and was helped by Chris and his team right away! Worried about what the damage would be Chris and his friendly team eased our worries. The 3 men in the bay were super efficient, knowledgeable, informative and honest in their work. Meanwhile inside, my boyfriend and I got the pleasure of meeting and talking to Chris. Chris was beyond kind and such a joy to talk to. Our time there waiting for my car to get an oil change flew by with being in the midst of great company. His team (& I wish I got all of their names) was super efficient and got us back on the road in no time. I have never had better service and I even enjoyed getting my oil changed. “Ashfords performed my 100,000 mile service on my 2013 vehicle. After getting a quote from another service department, he saved me over $600 and he also replaced brake pads. Other service dept wanted $47 to change a taillight bulb and $150 to recalibrate airbags. Mr Ashford did it for $40. Thank you Ashford’s for your service!”
