Nick their service advisor was extremely friendly and beyond helpful I totally recommend anyone to go here for their auto needs. I will continue to use this location instead in the future.”

“My boyfriend and I were on our way back home to Texas from Florida when my cars oil light came on. Luckily only 10 minutes outside of Lake Charles and frantic to get home, we saw that the Auto Center at Walmart was open. I pulled in and was helped by Chris and his team right away! Worried about what the damage would be Chris and his friendly team eased our worries. The 3 men in the bay were super efficient, knowledgeable, informative and honest in their work. Meanwhile inside, my boyfriend and I got the pleasure of meeting and talking to Chris. Chris was beyond kind and such a joy to talk to. Our time there waiting for my car to get an oil change flew by with being in the midst of great company. His team (& I wish I got all of their names) was super efficient and got us back on the road in no time. I have never had better service and I even enjoyed getting my oil changed. Kinda sad Lake Charles Walmart is so far away or I would always go there for my oil changing needs. 100000/100000 review. If Chris ever reads this, we really enjoyed your company.”
“Was at the tire place and didn’t have an appointment and another lady who was waiting also left and went somewhere and came back with a good size ice chest usually cost was 17.95 , she said it was $9.00, well u know it I got me one , and I was able to leave and go get a few items in store.
