Service takes at least an hour for a simple oil change regardless of if you’re the only customer present. The constant bombardment to give a review only pushes you to give a poor one. If it wasnt for the fact I need to have service done here in order to not void my warranty, i would never come back to this bc service department

I was not looking forward to the car buying process at all. After researching the models I was interested in, I went in to test drive a Nissan Pathfinder after work on a Friday. Matt Lawrence met with me and he and I went for a test drive. He was very pleasant to work with and answered all of my questions. The next day which was a Saturday, I text Matt to see if he was working because my husband and I were going to test drive together. He was not working but went to the dealership anyway to test drive with us. We drove away that day with the Pathfinder that we wanted. Matt was great to work with and made our car buying experience a very pleasant one. It will more than likely be a long time before we purchase another vehicle but I will certainly go see Matt again when the time comes!

Found the exact vehicle/package combination on the Nissan website. I stopped in at Navarre Nissan and spoke with Clayton who assured me that he could get me exactly what I wanted at a very competitive price. I had several conditions that needed to be met such as the amount given on the trade-in, the final sticker price and color of the exact vehicle I wanted. Clayton and his manager located the vehicle I wanted from a dealership in Texas and met my conditions on trade-in and sticker price with very pleasant negotiations. They made the car buying process very easy. When I stopped in the dealership initially, I really did not think they would be able to do what I needed to be done… I was surprised… Very happily surprised!

If your gonna get a Nissan worked on I would advise to travel to do so. Navarre Nissan had my truck for a total of 1 month. 2 weeks of horrible customer service, 1 week or 30 man hours (to replace my timing chain cover) and 1 week to fix the parts that their mechanic broke in the process. You cannot get these people on the phone but you will be able to get aquatinted with their automated operator. I was originally told 30 hours but the warrenty was paying 15.7 which left me at 23xx.xx out of pocket by the manager and the service “professional” it took them two weeks to get my truck in the shop, speaking to the service “professional” it’s because they had to order parts and waiting on approval from my warranty company. The warrenty company has previously approved the work but again they could not pick up the phone to call me, I had to call and play tag with what seemed to be every phone in the building and the automated system.So again on the third week I have to call to get any information on my vehicle to find out they broke a hose and valve on my truck and they attempted to make it better by saying they were going to pay to fix it. Although if you break it you should fix it.Today the service “professional” calls me saying my truck is ready 2 weeks after finally making it to the shop and now I owe over 31xx.xxMy warranty stated the job is only estimated for 13.3 hours but they paid out 15.7 and all parts in case they had to add oil or something extra, AGAIN navarre charged me 30 hours.They don’t attemp to fix the situation and think that it’s no problem damaging my vehicle and leaving me without a vehicle for an extra week is justified but only after raising my out of pocket priceNavarre NissanO

Carla was awesome! Being without air conditioning in July in SWLA is no joke. Amazed that job was done in less than 2 days, including ordering a part. Even let me know my tires were getting unsafe. Very pleased.

Clayton Moreau and the Navarre Nissan Team were nothing short of amazing. During our summer vacation, while visiting family in Lake Charles (we currently reside in Houston, TX) our transmission went out on our 2018 Yukon, so rather than coming out of pocket $7,000 for a new transmission at Navarre GMC, we considered trading it in. Clayton worked with us to find the perfect new vehicle for our family. He took us on many test drives, we looked at several vehicles, he answered all of our questions, (if he didn’t know the answer, he quickly found it and immediately got back with us) and was extremely knowledgeable in this field of Nissan vehicles and sales (specifically what would be financially best for us long-term). He worked to find the most ideal situation for our family since we were upside down on our previous car, plus had transmission issues. We knew Clay had our best intentions at heart and we trusted him 100%! He was also super friendly with our 4 year old daughter. She followed “Mr. Clay” everywhere and they even had fun drawing portraits while we waited for the finance team to wrap-up our paperwork. We had the smoothest experience with purchasing a new vehicle from Clayton. Communication, including follow-up was top-notch, not to mention this truly felt like a family environment (we never felt like just another customer, we were treated like family from the moment we stepped onto the lot) I would highly recommend Clayton at Navarre Nissan to all of our friends, even those in Houston, TX. Thank y’all for helping us by putting my family in a new, safe Nissan Armada! We are beyond grateful and look forward to doing business with you in the future.

A/C on my vehicle quit working. I brought it in to Navarre Nissan Service on Friday (the 11th) around noon. I got a call back Friday afternoon telling me that the blower motor was bad and they would have one overnighted from Dallas. I got a call on Monday morning (the 14th) telling me that the vehicle was fixed and ready. Great facility and service, friendly staff and fantastic communication. Special kudos to Carla!

The only Nissan dealership that wanted to make a deal with us. We spoke to so many around Texas and no one either called us back or they told us to go to a smaller dealership. We had a great saleswomen Destiney and I’m very happy with my new car!

Yes the work was done before my warranty ran out. Also my car went in without scratches on the hood but was scratched to hell after i got it back. And not even 3k miles later after my car was repaired my car is making the same popping noise on the front passenger side but unfortunately now my warranty is up and im willing to bet they will make me pay to get it fixed yet again

The staff were awesome they made me feel at home. The way I work I was glad to get in on a Saturday and didn’t wait long . Also met the General Manager I think his name was Seth he same talk to me and shook my hand . Keep up the good work I will be back soon
