The refrigerator i initially bought from them wasn't cooling after about 3 months. The warranty that the give had run out but Matt's went the extra mile and ignored their warranty and Exchanged the fridge out for me. The new one works perfectly! Great place! Ask for Jessie or Jerry! Thanks y'all!

Just got a washer and dryer set from here, and everything was wonderful! Quick and friendly service and they loaded the machines in the back of the truck and even threw it the connector hoses. Will definitely be back again! Thank you! ❤️

I have mixed feelings about this place. I bought a stove that works great, no problem. I bought a Samsung refrigerator in February that I have had nothing but problems with. First the top stopped cooling so I changed the fan. Still is freezing up. I took multiple censor and thermostats in and nothing wrong there. I have an inch and a half of ice that I have to break loos from the freezer every few weeks like clock work or else the freezer ices over from not shutting. The fan in the back of the fridge makes so much noise and runs constantly. I’ve called multiple times to try and get some kind of help and I’m always told the same thing, we will get back in touch with you. Noone ever does! Not happy at all!**UPDATE**I want to say thank you to Matt, Jessie, and the entire Matt’s Used Appliances team. After Mr Matt got in touch with me as well as Mr. Jessie they had a new fridge delivered to me within a couple of days. I have changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 because Matt and his entire staff went above and beyond to rectify my situation. Thank you so much me and my family are thrilled with the new refrigerator!!!

This place is no good my mom ordered a refrigerator from them and it was the one she ordered. It had no drawers in it and it wasn't worth what she paid for it they won't give her a refund back are give her the refrigerator she originally ordered. This isn't the first complaint customers have on them a lot of people are complaining about them. I would not take the chance of getting ripped off like my mom did.

I bought a washer machine from Matt’s. Fair price and the guys answered all my questions. I had an issue with my unit and they fixed it quickly for free without any hassle. I’d go here again to buy another appliance and would recommend them to you.

My mom purchased a stove, refrigerator washer and dryer. The heating element wasn’t working so she called and was giving the run around. She went there in hopes of them being helpful and sending someone out to service the dryer well that didn’t happen because they claim they couldn’t find the receipt saying that they didn’t know if she paid her balance off well she came back with proof that Matt’s did get paid in full. So is this how you are treating your customers who are Senior Citizen’s???

So far So Good... Just bought a washing machine. Very Nice and Professional. ..* But I'm concerned about the smell of paint and chemicals in the store... NOT GOOD FOR CUSTOMERS OR EMPLOYEES

Hey..Do you need a washer and dryer set or just one ?Do you need a refrigerator, an upright freezer?What about a stove?Well if you answered yes..Matt's is the place to go..They have it all, from new yo gently used..They have their appliances priced to sell..The nicest big refrigerators w/ water & ice in the doors are only $750.00- $800.00 that's really good prices..I bought a dryer..and I'm very happy with it..They have a good stock on everything..All the employee's were great..

We purchased a set of Whirlpool washer and dryer for a very good price. People were very helpful and also assisted me in loading them up. Great selection of used items.
