“I purchased a dining table with seven chairs and a recliner from Howell Lake Charles. I was very clear that I wanted a real leather recliner and not fake leather. All items were delivered timely and looked beautiful in my home. The recliner was delivered without any type of tag ID so I contacted my salesman to request the tag. It was during this time we discovered that the chair I bought was actually not leather. The salesman, who was new, apologized profusely and admitted his mistake. The stock number ended in “L” which he interpreted as leather ( it did look real!). Maria, the manager, assured me they would pick up the chair and either refund my money or they would work with me on a replacement. When I went back to look at other options, Patricia Lowery stepped in and helped with a new chair. Howell picked up the original chair and delivered the new chair within days. This was an honest mistake by a new salesman that was quickly made right. A+ service by a reputable company.”
