Great customer service, greeted immediately by John Fayko when I waked in, he was very professional and informative on their products. I was looking for two new pillows for a new condo I purchase out of state. He got me set up within minutes with new memory foam pillows for a great competitive price. Excited to try them, and will definitely be back for a new mattress in the future!

Super helpful! Got the exact mattress I wanted in stock and was able to leave with it the same day! Got to lay on a ton of them to make sure it was the one for me and my wife.

Small local family owned business. Great selection of mattresses. Sales rep, John, was very nice, patient and explained everything so we could make a solid decision on which mattress we wanted. We got a great deal and it was delivered the next morning. I would highly recommend.

I went back and forth between several different mattresses and was really having a difficult time deciding which mattress was right for me. Needless to say, I was there a good, long time ? John Fayko was extremely patient and provided steady and informed recommendations throughout the process (along with a little humor). I will definitely return as a customer to Bayou Beds in Lake Charles.

I had been shopping for a few weeks for new mattresses. I needed both a King and Queen as mine had gotten damaged in moving. I went to several places and was about ready to purchase when I decided to stop at Baylor Beds Mattress Gallery. I met John Fayko when I arrived and was surprised with his knowledge right away. He took the time to explain the differences between the mattresses and answered all my questions( I had a lot of them).He spent a lot of time with me and truly made me feel like a valued customer. His customer skills were outstanding and I ended up spending twice as much money as I had planned to spend. John was the difference and I would recommend him to everyone!. I will be “sleeping happy” thanks to John and Bayou Beds Mattress Gallery!!!
