They said it closes at 7 but when we got there at 5:30 someone was there but refused to quickly take us in for a simple flat iron to pre washed hair.

Rude customer service, after making an appointment, when I arrived here I was ignored by the secretary who was on phone duty. I came here with my hair shampooed and conditioned, the manager stated I'm still charged a makeover package which normally would include the shampoo and conditioner. Never going again. $40 for a blow dry and trim.

I've been going here for a while now. Before now, it was sometimes really good haircut and sometimes only an okay one. About half and half. I went right before Christmas but lost my job in January so I didn't go until August again. In December, I paid what I've been paying, $16.00. For August, I spent less time in the chair (I had cut my own hair a few times) and was charged $24. NOT EVER HAPPENING AGAIN. Sometimes your cuts are not worth $12 but sure NOT EVER WORTH $24. And you're in a bad location (the mall). I hate going to the mall but I did because you were halfway decent.

Shone Savoy was great. She corrected a trim I gotten done somewhere else. She also made me laugh nearly the whole time I was there. It was a great experience!

I don't know how to say this politely so I'm going to be blunt. I needed just to have my hair washed and curled. I have a baby I didn't have time to wash it this morning I've been busy at work and I have a meeting tonight I just wanted my hair to look fresher than I did. So I made the her Renda's mistake of going to a place in the mall thinking anyone can wash and dry hair. I'm not saying anything bad about a stylist who works in a mall I'm just not used to it but it seemed a convenient option for what I needed. So we get through the shampoo it wasn't terrible. Then she starts blow drying my hair and makes the comment that the top of my head will not dry I asked her if it was because of all the products she put on my scalp and she kept telling me no it was my hair's fault. OK that's cool so then she moves on to straightening my hair. She took the smallest sections possible and put the straightener up against my scalp in order to straighten my hair. This wouldn't have been an issue except every time she put the straightener to my scalp she literally burned my scalp! I repeatedly pulled away and asked her not to do that she then continue to blame it on me because I was too tall I needed to scoot down in the chair. Even typing this now a couple of hours later my head still hurts. Then she said she was going to put hairspray on my head in an old-school way by putting it on her hand and then smashing her hands to the top of my scalp leaving my hair pressed down to my Scalp in a bowl cut manner. I wasn't happy with how my hair looked but I was just glad to be out of the chair so I wouldn't get burned anymore. I went to go pay thinking at least I may get a little discount from all of the pain I went through my friend had just gotten her hair straightened and it was $17 so I figured twice that would be the most it would be and a couple dollars off for my lost flesh. I asked her how much I/O and she said $40 I looked at her and I said but you burned me many times and I don't care for how it looks but it still going to be $40? She laughed at me again like she had every time she burned me in the chair. So wanting to just get the hell out of there I paid the $40. If any stylist cannot do a simple wash and blow out I think it needs to be told to other people. Not only would I never go to this location again but she is terrified me from going anywhere except my very own stylist which may lead to time constraints or issues in scheduling but I honestly cannot believe someone would work in a salon and give a customer this type of experience. Good luck if you want to go there.

Raven was the original stylist that cut my son's hair. As we were walking to the register the lady in front pointed out a line that needed to be blended. She also told Raven to take out the weight. I didn't see it at 1st because I'm not a professional. We went back to her station. The lady was explaining how to do it. This is a hour after he started getting his haircut. She continued to cut his hair when my son started saying that hurt. Well the manager walked over to help her leaving her client and I was so glad she did. She corrected the haircut and connected with my son in 15 minutes. When she fished I could see the difference. It looked amazing. But Raven turn her back and the manager said let me show you the correct way and she turned he back. The manager said for her to go in the back and regroup. She just stood there not willing to learn. Raven gets zero stars. I think a new stylist should want to learn. I think she needs more classes. When we were finished my son got her card off of her station. Her name is Shone Savoy she did an amazing job and I will go back to see her. My son was so tickled because Shone asked him If he had a girlfriend. She was very patient with him and talked to him the entire time and that really helped him because after a hour he was a fussy 5 year old.

Got my hair done by Manager Shone. I wanted my roots lightened up and my hair toned. She gave me a price of $80 for lightenening my roots, toning, shampoo and trim. She asked me if I wanted to use something similar to “OLAPLEX†It would be $30 more. I agreed. I was counting on taxes and tip being no more than $140. I ended up paying $198.00. She rang up so many other things. So I agree with some reviews “they OVERCHARGEâ€. I probably will not be back, she's very rude and doesn't make you feel very welcomed. Her co workers are just as rude, all they do is judge the people walking by. She said it'd take about 2 hours, but that was a lie. I got there at 11:30 and left at 4:30p.m. My hair wasn't what I wanted and I asked for a trim and she cut a lot more off because she had damaged my hair. I also asked her not to blow dry my hair and she did. I think I would have gotten a better service elsewhere for that amount of money.. I certainly don't recommend any of them. Go at your own risk, or learn from others mistakes.

So I recently got my haircut from Shone Savoy who was a very informative lady. She taught me on what a finger curl is and why it isn't technically a haircut, why you don't cut curly hair wet, how some shampoos use alcohol that damages hair and why conditioner is very important. She also gave me a really great haircut that I want to say made me happy. My co-workers and managers were very impressed and almost didn't recognize me without my usually characteristic curls. The curl management cream would be very useful actually as I am about to do my first cosplay in years as a character that would use a cream to slick their hair back.
