IH 10 is a absolute nightmare. 58 minutes to go 4 miles. Went through Moss Bluff 171 to go home.

Under construction. Game room floors dusty. Very noisy with construction and music very loud.
Music is great when construction not not going on.
Not many people playing.
Machines really not paying out.
We were there 3 days. Just one restaurant open and the food pantry.
Construction noise from 7am to 7pm
On top of that we had to pay resort fee.

The whole resort is awesome. The rooms was very clean with all the things that made our stay excellent. The only downfall was there was NO HOTWATER in our room the morning we left.

We had a blast! The staff are so friendly and funny. They really took the fun factor to the next level. The food at the restaurants was great. The whole place was clean and we felt safe and secure the whole time. Very nice golf course. Can’t wait to return!!!!
Noteworthy details: The staff at this casino really set this place apart. It may not be the newest casino around, but it’s great, and the friendliness of the staff make this one my favorite.

The machines allow you to play your money and enjoy yourself they don’t take your money right away
Food and drinks: It’s really nice to be able to go and grab your own drink

Great place for events in Lake Charles. The newly renovated rooms are great (construction still going on as of Oct. 2024). We visited Johnny Sanchez for breakfast at it was really good. Wait staff was fantastic and so was the food. Eggs Benedict was wonderful and breakfast potatoes are perfect!
Rooms: Great renovated rooms in the Garden Tower.
Walkability: Lots of walking inside and outside the facility. All very safe and well kept.
Food and drinks: Modern Pantry and Johnny Sanchez were great places for food and drink.

Only went to the casino. Did not stay at the hotel. The vibe in casino was good. There were plenty of people!

Definitely the best casino in southwest Louisiana. Slots pay out good rooms are super clean and employees are helpful and kind.
