The owners themselves were aware and reached out right away..even ordered a replacement all the way from Beaumont. I guess I thought a bigger store like Home Outlet that I was just stuck with a sink I couldn’t use (especially since i had already customized the sink trying to fix) but no I’ve got a brand new one.They’re very down to earth and cooperative.
