“I can’t speak enough about how AMAZING this location is. Shawna and Sarah are the best. I’m not bashing any store by name, but one of the best things that ever happened to us was being ignored when we went into a different jewelry store in the same area. That one little interaction (or lack of) brought us here. Ever since the first time that we stepped in this store 5 years ago we have been in love with this location. It’s rare when you find a company that treats it’s customers like friends, neighbors, family, etc. This is how we feel about this location. We know that when we come in here that they are going to take care of us. They take the time to listen and make sure that when we leave the store we are happy. It never feels like a business transaction when we come in the store, it feels like we are with friends. And the reason behind that is because of how welcoming Shawna and Sarah have been since the first visit. We live over 50 miles away and would never consider going anywhere else just for “convenience” because it’s closer to our home. Even if we moved further away, we would still find the time to make a trip to this location whenever we are looking to purchase something. Seriously, thank you for everything. You’re the best.”
