I would highly recommend no one getting their haircut here. I went and they messed my hair up and then I went back and it's okay at best. Basically they have amateurs in there and I just really wouldn't recommend going.

I scheduled an appointment at 12pm with Riley I arrived at 12pm I waited in line as the lady at the register helped another customer after she helped that customer she walked them over to the salon and never came back as if I was invisible. I sat there and waited for another 9 minutes thinking she would come back. So I finally rang the bell and she came over I told her I had an appointment at 12pm she said “okay well she’s doing someone else’s hair right now so you’ll have to wait”. I sat in the waiting area for 5mins and finally Riley came over and helped another customer then finally acknowledged me and said “I’m doing highlights right now I will talk me 20-30mins to finish applying this then I will be with you our booking system is messed up today”. I completely understood that but a whole hour passed by no one came to check on me or anything so I left. This was horrible service and never will I go back! Thank you to Ulta Beauty Salon for taking me in the same day

I found an item that was on a clearance rack. It didn't even have the original price on the item. I thought it was there because it belonged. I took it to register to check the price and possibly purchase. The lady at the called for a manager. The manager was so rude. She said it didn't have a clearance tag so why would I think it was clearance. She proceeded to say so what do you want? Never looked at me until then. There is a reason I canceled my JC penny's card and don't go in there very often anymore. Every time I have gone there the item can be marked on sale and they say it's not. Stuff is always out of place. This place just needs to close if they don't care about customers. Rude!!!

Terrible! Worst application of highlights ever- if you are wanting harsh streaks and fried hair... She never even set a timer when I asked if she needs to time it. I will be calling their district manager. Very disappointing.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my son for Christmas, when I got home one was an 8-1/2 and the other a size 9. I returned to the store today with the shoes and explained the issue. We searched the store for the other shoe but was unable to located it. I was told I would have to order a new pair I said ok. The I was asked how do you want to pay and I said I already have why do I have to again, " for the exchange". I said I should not have to pay the store should order the shoe it was not my mistake. "How about a store credit and then apply toward the purchase". Ok sounds good. "Sorry since you don't have your receipt you can only get back $11" are you kidding me I just paid $49 for theses shoes that are 2 different sizes. So I just left the shoe box at the counter and told them to keep the !@@##$% shoes. Merry Christmas Penney's
