The tax preparer was very Professional, which was quanna Richard. She was by her self with a pack house. But she took care of everyone I was quite impressed. She explained everything and I was a very satisfied customer.

My experience at Jackson Hewitt was very good , the person who did my taxes was very efficient, very sweet, so nice, well respected, very patient , very understandable! Moved very swiftly, I was done in no time ! As always I enjoy my experience with Jackson Hewitt, keep up the good work .

Definitely recommended, I had the opportunity of working with two great preparers, but Mr.. Greg Guillory was hands down the best at the gerstner memorial location in lake Charles, La! He worked diligently on my return! If he didn’t have the answers he was definitely calling around to find out to make sure everything was done right! Nit only did he carefully explain every section within my return, but he also gave me a few pointers for future filing! With that being said I’d HIGHLY recommend anyone to go here! They’re great, but ask for MR.GREG GUILLORY!!
