“Under construction. Game room floors dusty. Very noisy with construction and music very loud.
Music is great when construction not not going on.
Not many people playing.
Machines really not paying out.
We were there 3 days. Just one restaurant open and the food pantry.
Construction noise from 7am to 7pm
On top of that we had to pay resort fee.

“Great room everything was clean and neat nothing was dirty great service served us breakfast with coffee and juice vending machines and ice machines cable and wifi was good ice box and microwave was so clean no bugs or rodents nice smell every thing worked great beds were clean and fresh me and my family will definitely come again ♥️??”

“I've stayed here a few times and wasn't disappointed. I just checked in today and found a relatively minor issue with the table in my room. I notified the front desk and the response was immediate. As a matter of fact, the maintenance guy beat me back to the room?.
The staff here are great and never disappoint. The rates are very reasonable. There's good cost-to-value ratio.
I'll definitely be staying here every time work brings me to the area.”

“I'm a Diamond member and stay at a lot of Best Westerns around the country. I came on here and seen some bad reviews but decided to give it a try. I had a great experience. Clean rooms, fresh linens, friendly staff and loved the king suite layout. I stayed in room 202. There are 2 tvs. One in front of the couch and one in front of the bed. There is a bigger size mini fridge, microwave and a desk area. The staff was doing some work to the building but gave the impression that they constantly do work to improve the property. The breakfast was on par with Best Western and so were the beds which is why I like Best Western. The man behind the desk was working everyday I stayed there which was 7 days so did the house keepers which tells me they are hard workers and it also showed me they are suffering from a shortage of staff like the rest of the country. So remember that people can't make everyone happy but here they work 7 days a week trying to make everything perfect for their guests. Breakfast was your normal continental breakfast which was waffles,cereal,pastries, breads, fruits and yogurts, but also included eggs and a meat choice which rotated between sausage patties and links. They also have coffee and a juice machine. Oh also anyone on here complaining or comparing to the Best Western Plus they once stayed at are really not that smart. This is a Best Western that's Best Westerns mid tier hotel Sure stays are their bottom tier budget hotels then comes Best Western, then Best Western Plus, then Best Western Premier. The more you want to pay the better the amenities hence the names. Don't go trying to get a budget level hotel expecting Premium amenities it doesn't work that way.”

“Customer service needs improvement. The higher tier player you’re rated helps with some issues. The overall hotel and casino are nice but very crowded on Friday & Saturday nights. It’s hard to find an open seat at a table.”
