Staff is friendly, but Hertz customer service at this location if poor. Often times there is no one at the counter during open hours to pick up your rental. You may have to cancel and rebook with another agency.

Avoid at all costs!!! Cars are extremely filthy and never come with a full tank, even though they will put a full tank on your rental agreement. Terrible service as well

Staff was friendly and didn't have to wait long. My rental was lovely, well maintained and ready when I picked it up the day after flying in.

For the second time in a row they charged the wrong card. I noticed this charge Caine through before i picked up the vehicle. I ask at the counter to change cards and they said i would have to do it when i come back. Of course, there was no one here to do this when i returned the car so now i get to spend 3 hours on the phone again and wait on a refund to my personal card and have my expense report turned in late. This location’s hours are not 8am-6pm. Their actual hours are when they decide to show up. The customer service center cannot even call the store location. No one knew why there was no one working. I waited 2.5 hours and no one showed up. Worse rental car company I’ve ever rented with. Pay a little more and go with Enterprise.

Made a reservation on the 10th of this month for a pickup on the 25th at 8:00 a.m. Showed up at 8:15 a.m. had to wait about 20 minutes for an employee to show up. She had to go outside to check to see if a car was available which one wasn't. This location is a joke.

THIS LOCATION IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED!Do NOT go here for RENTALS, and DEFINITELY DO NOT GO HERE TO RETURN RENTALS!!I flew out of this airport 8/28/21. Was left with no option other than stuffing my key somewhere at the Avis desk. Thank God they were able to secure the keys for me. I had to fly home, and call the nearby hertz location, they told me they would pick up the car, but they never did! I ended up being charged throughout the weekend into Monday even though I dropped the car off on Friday.. So messed up!

With COVID \"raging\", things are weird and no one works at the Airport booth. Someone had to drive to meet me with a car, and I was able to drop off a car leaving the keys in the drop-box. I didn't have to wait too long, and I didn't have any problems, so it was a good experience. I enjoy Hertz at the larger airports where you can pick the car you want, but this facility made an effort to give a good customer experience and I would pick them over their competitors.

Husband went to pick up a car and a sign says that they will not be back until the 20th no call stating we couldn’t get our vehicle and no one there.

Disgusted. Made a reservation and was told the office would be open today. Arrived EARLY only to see it's closed. After sitting there for an hour and 2 long waits for customer no service, all that can be done is a modification. I've used Hertz for years and I understand things are different with this fake plague, but is it really unreasonable to expect to be told the truth? If you weren't going to be open, why not say so? Only positive thing I can say is Enterprise is worse!

Ridiculous to have one employee who works the front desk and also has to deliver cars and "go to meetings" multiple times I've have had to wait do to a lack of employees at the front desk. The last time I sat for an hour.

Got to the airport to rent a car from hertz. No employees were at the front desk when we got there. Finally someone showed up to rent a full size car to us. Then, the employee gave us our car to rent, but it was a Kia (midsize). They tried to charge us the same amount for a midsize as they did for the full-size. We got a new car that the employee told us she had to clean. Long story short we ended up finding a beer can in the car. Not our most pleasant rental car experience.
