Had a reservation got there & no one is at the counter & then when you call the number the lady said she would need 20 minutes to come back because she had to go into town??? I’ve now been waiting 30 minutes and still no one for a car that is already paid for

Staff is friendly, but Hertz customer service at this location if poor. Often times there is no one at the counter during open hours to pick up your rental. You may have to cancel and rebook with another agency.

Avoid at all costs!!! Cars are extremely filthy and never come with a full tank, even though they will put a full tank on your rental agreement. Terrible service as well
