Overall, I had a great experience at the Hampton Inn Lake Charles. We got checked in by Sir Rodney, he was extremely pleasant and such a nice person to meet on arrival. The other staff was also incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was large, clean,and comfortable. I was pleased with the included breakfast.

Wonderful hotel with great service! The staff was very welcoming and ensured all needs were taken care of. The facility is clean, great breakfast, and great location. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

I stayed here with my 95yo mother for 1 night while traveling. The employees were very nice. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. I will stay here again.
