My ne liner is gorgeous and my auto filler is a dream. My resurface deck is so much cleaner and not quite as hot and less slippery. They built the pool and this remodel upgrade is wonderful. “I purchased a dining table with seven chairs and a recliner from Howell Lake Charles. I was very clear that I wanted a real leather recliner and not fake leather. All items were delivered timely and looked beautiful in my home. The recliner was delivered without any type of tag ID so I contacted my salesman to request the tag. It was during this time we discovered that the chair I bought was actually not leather. The salesman, who was new, apologized profusely and admitted his mistake. The stock number ended in “L” which he interpreted as leather ( it did look real!). Maria, the manager, assured me they would pick up the chair and either refund my money or they would work with me on a replacement. When I went back to look at other options, Patricia Lowery stepped in and helped with a new chair. Howell picked up the original chair and delivered the new chair within days. This was an honest mistake by a new salesman that was quickly made right. A+ service by a reputable company.”

“I purchased multiple storage containers along with a few kitchen items that were higher priced. Accidentally, the cashier rung up a higher priced item multiple times instead of the storage containers.I was prepared for it to be a difficult return since I only had one of the higher priced item in my cart that had been rung up three times.The salesclerk doing the return was polite, courteous, made good eye contact, and actively listened to what I had to say. He actually understood the confusing situation.It was a hassle-free experience. He was very sincere in making sure my account was credited back fully for the overcharged items. He also took time to explain how the Target app kept record of all my transactions with the store for future reference.Great experience!”

He helped me with a sectional sofa with a chaise long with a 5 piece dinette on top of a king size bed with headboard and the new style frame. (No box springs needed). All were within my budget. “What a great experience I have had the past two days at Ashley Furniture in Lake Charles. Jacey took her time explaining everything , making sure we got the best possible price! The store was busy both days we went, but she made sure we felt comfortable and not rushed. It was a no pressure, “let me see what I can do for you” kind of sale! It was so seamless the first day, I went back the next day and bought 4 more items that I had on my wish list!Jacey was determined to get us the best deal she possibly could and maximized our purchase down to the penny!
