As soon as I arrived to the store, Mae greeted me, answered all the questions I had, and gave me instructions on what I needed to do next. Had to return to the store to finish the whole process I was dealing with, Mae gave me her full attention and walked me thru every step needed to take to ensure everything was correct and that shipment was good to go! Mae is a great team player and would definitely recommend asking for her if you want or need any kind of help. THANKS MAE!!!!

Fed Ex is the worst delivery service , they will drop your packages off at any house instead of where it goes and if you call customer services you get to speak to a person that can't speak good English. Then when you ask to speak to a supervisor they refuse to give you one. If you want your packages delivered to the correct address then STOP USING FED EX . They do not hire responsible drivers. They can care less if you get your packages. If I could have put NO STARS I would have. !!!

Jada is amazing! She’s always SO quick and effective. She takes care of multiple people at once and is always friendly! I have to bring packages in often and she makes it a breeze.

Love the fedex store and so glad they opened back up as the ups store irritates me! Fedex offers great service and the employee Crow remembers us each time we come in! He offers great customer service and appreciation towards customers. He is knowledgeable and efficient. Fedex definitely has a great service and variety of services at this location, would gladly pay the prices for good service like fedex offers us. Ups and usps suck and are getting worse due to Amazon and their polarized political ideologies. Will use fedex for all shipping printing faxing and office needs going forward!

I went in to ship some packages and had a bag that was trash. I asked if they had a trash can and Nat the worker here told me no, the trash cans are only for paper. Tried telling me I’ll just have to keep it. That’s a lie, the trash cans are for all trash, they aren’t recycling bins, there also was a trash can right there at the edge of the desk with open top for general use. I threw it away in the bin labeled “trash”. Can’t even perform simple task of directing a customer to trash can to throw something away I doubt they are capable of much more. Why do people like to tout power negatively over customers or make up false rules?
