Every time I have a package delivered by FedEx, my location can’t be found by the driver. Does this happen with UPS, Amazon, or USPS you ask? No, with all other services I receive my orders. Crazy right

I tried locating my package through customer service, and all I could get from the Pakistani girl was "it's under USPS, even tho I received a photograph of the box that was left on someone else's porch. She was very rude and kept talking over me and wo listen to anything I said. I know good help is hard to find but she needs to be fired! Thanks for listening!

I work here so I'm biased but since you asked.... Its great. The Customer Service Agents are awesome at what they do, they are courteous, quick, and always follow up on customer requests or concerns. They are professional yet friendly, and very knowledgeable about all shipping related questions/answers/recommendations. AND... us drivers definitely couldn't do our jobs without the support they give us each day.

Due to the damage this facility has taken from Hurricane Laura. They are working from 9:30 am- 3:30pm. However, they are only doing so many individuals daily since they are digging through the facility for your items. They do ask that you bring your photo ID, tracking # and confirmation # if you spoke with customer service. I unfortunately arrived later and they were no longer accepting anymore requests for the day. So I have to try again tomorrow morning. There were people who had been there since 10 AM this morning and I arrived there at 3:15. So just be prepared for a wait if you wish to pickup your package! They will be rerouting and delivering mail again starting Monday morning.

They need to get a manager that knows what they are doing, I stood in line for 4 hrs to receive my package. Nothing was alphabetically done ,they sorted threw thousands of stuff in piles .took hour and a half to get things handed to people. Understanding that we had a hurricane but you seriously couldn't be more unorganized . Especially for a huge company like that! Very disappointed in the service!!

I’m only giving it a 1 because I can’t give it a zero, I got the notification two days ago that my package was supposed to be delivered and it never showed up, and now I can’t even get updates on it and I cant have them hold it to go pick it up from them so it’s basically stuck with them until I finally get it (if I ever do), I’ve tried calling them and they’ve been no help what so ever, this is the third time in a row they’ve messed up with delivering my stuff, the first time they sent it to the wrong address and I had to go get it from someone’s house 40 minutes away! The second time was the same thing that’s happening now and I had to call the place I ordered from to get it resent because I never got my stuff!

Workers are nice and the process for either receiving a package or sending one out has always been quick. Minus one star because because sometime they do not or are unable to check the front so wait times can be lengthy. It is rare though.

Who knew that FedEx of Lake Charles is not in the business of delivering?! 2 days I have sat at home waiting for an important package that still has not been delivered. The one day that I wasn’t home, of course was the day they attempted delivery. They had the audacity to leave a door tag that when you track it, it says the package was delivered in January 2021! The crazy thing is tracking states that the package is out for delivery, but when I called customer service I was advised that the package was only scanned and never placed on the truck for delivery! What terrible service! I will never ever use FedEx for any delivery ever again. At this point I can’t even count on FedEx of Lake Charles to deliver their name! Trust me on this....go to UPS.

I had iasues with the customer aervice call center on locating a package. Went to local office. The package was found super fast. The lady was very helpful and friendly!!

They lost my package for days, it was a wedding gown. Even with a tracking number!I WILL NEVER OPT TO SHIP FedEx OR RECOMMEND THEM.

FedEx is telling me they can’t deliver package to me due to Local Delivery Restriction, yet they delivered a package to me on Monday April 26. And now I’m only able to reach a robot on the computer. This will be my last time using their services. I only gave one star because it was the lowest option.

The lady there was very helpful but I waited for a package to be delivered from that location for the business days. I possibly never would have received my package if I hadn't sent there. The lady said she did not understand why it wasn't delivered.
